Chelsea Oliver Memorial Scholarship Award - for demonstrating the qualities that endeared us to love Chelsea - mental discipline, compassion, kindness and academic excellence - for those in pursuit of a career in health care.

Criteria:
• Transcript - focus on health science and science curriculum
• Leadership Activities - student/school organizations, athletics, chorus, band and other activities that develop and enhance leadership skills
• Recognition and Awards - demonstrating clear evidence of leadership, responsibility and commitment
• Community Involvement - contributions that impact community service
• References - providing specific examples of candidate attributes and good moral character
