To
establish a charitable foundation to foster an appreciation
of Chelsea's vision to help everyone around her, and in
an effort to continue her legacy and enhance educational
opportunites by providing scholarships to deserving students
interested in health care; advocate to raise public awareness
and create community outreach by educating on the dangers
of the flu.
